City of Jacksonville is Hiring a Supervisor of Elections - Seasonal - Warehouse Worker Near Jacksonville, FL

The Supervisor of Elections is seeking twenty-five seasonal Warehouse Workers who will report to the Assistant Elections Officer – Warehouse and will be responsible for the setting up and breaking down of voting equipment.
  • Moves and checks in voting equipment.
  • Packs and unpacks merchandise and organizes the warehouse.
  • Will scan election sensitive items.
  • Prepares voting items for election pick-up and delivery.
  • Responsible for repairing voter equipment.
  • Must be able to move and/or lift 50 to 75 lbs.
  • Must have the ability to work weekends and overtime if needed.
  • Handles confidential information with discretion.
  • Works at a fast pace under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Must have courtesy, tact and effectiveness in dealing with others.
  • Preforms other duties as required.
  • A two (2) year combination of education and/or experience in the servicing and minor repair of equipment.
