Job Summary
This position participates in a variety of grounds maintenance assignments.
The major duties of this position include:
-Maintains road side rights-of-way, cemeteries, and other city properties.
-Mows grass, edges, rakes leaves, and removes trees; clears ditches.
-Uses chemicals and fertilizers.
-Cleans sidewalks and curbs.
Maintains mowers, tractors, and equipment.
-Sows grass; aerates soil; trims hedges; removes fallen tree limbs.
-Performs other related duties as assigned.
