Description

Rate: $15.50 hourly

Status: Seasonal

• 20 years of age or older preferable
• Minimum of 30 hours per week
• Individual on child-oriented career tract preferred
• Two years’ experience as Camp Counselor preferred
• Previous experience working on playground, professional recreation program or child-oriented field preferable
• Knowledge of rules of sports and games
• Ability to assist in conducting and supervising playground program or take over in the absence of the director
• Must attend Metro day Camp Orientation & in-house Orientation
• Vacations and school trips are not considered a valid excuse for missing work, so consider this if you want to accept this position
• MUST PASS POLICE RECORD CHECK
• NOTES: All hours and schedules may be subject to change based on City and/or department needs
