Responsible for the everyday financial transactions, daily inventory, food preparation, facility cleanliness, customer service and sales transactions under the supervision of Head Staff.

• Knowledge of East Lansing Family Aquatic Center offerings and operation
• Provide positive, courteous, and helpful service to guests and fellow staff
• Follow cash handling established procedures and accounting
• Maintain work area to appropriate facility standards and cleanliness
• Perform cleaning/sanitizing of restrooms and facility as well as trash removal
• Attend staff meetings and training
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Assist guests with their questions and needs
• Work with lifeguard staff to provide a quality customer service experience
• Complete other duties as assigned
