This position assists the Manager of Training and Development in the planning, assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training; researching employee development methodologies for professional growth; and facilitating approved development programs and activities. Assists in performing training needs assessment; training of employees on established and/or modified organizational practices and procedures; and the administration of Human Resources policies and procedures relating to employee training and development.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience in researching and coordinating instructional training and design, and/or experience in learning & development, human resources, or psychology.
OR
Associate’s degree and five (5) years of experience in researching and coordinating instructional training and design, and/or experience in learning & development, human resources, or psychology.
OR
High School diploma and seven (7) years of experience in instructional training and design, and/or experience in learning & development, human resources, or psychology.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Licensing/Certification: (Some duties may require limited travel from office to other locations.)
