Summary of Duties
The successful Center of Excellence Manager (COEM) will lead operations using a 7-step procurement methodology with six sigma and project management principles. The COEM will ensure sourcing strategies are developed and executed while measuring, monitoring, and managing qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators (KPI’s).
The successful applicant should understand HR strategies, new hire onboarding, training, budgeting, change management, and people management. The COEM will ensure the quality and continuity of operations under the direction of the Deputy Chief Procurement Officer and Chief Procurement Officer.
