Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. Duties: - Manage and supervise all front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and bussers - Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards - Ensure that all guests are greeted promptly and seated in a timely manner - Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food service - Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Oversee the handling of cash transactions and ensure accuracy in billing - Maintain inventory of supplies, including utensils, glassware, and linens - Collaborate with the kitchen manager to develop menus, specials, and promotions - Implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and increase sales Experience: - Previous experience in kitchen management or as an assistant manager in a food service establishment - Strong knowledge of catering operations and event planning - Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management - Knowledge of bartending techniques and ability to create signature cocktails - Familiarity with kitchen operations and ability to assist with cooking when needed - Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively supervise a team - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive pay based on experience.
