Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive located in Moreno Valley, CA. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team and other area to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's overall success.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services
- Identify and qualify leads, and follow up on sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our offerings
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications:

- Willingness to spend first few months in operations to understand our operations, capabilities and overall "How we do things".
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of software or technical sales is preferred
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment
