GENERAL MANAGER
The General Manager is responsible for all facets of the business operations and operational project management at City Electric Service, Inc., including, but not limited to the duties detailed below. Additional duties and responsibilities may be added at the Owners discretion as the business environment changes in the future.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1. SUPERVISE/MANAGE ONGOING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS:
2. OVERSEE BIDDING OF POTENTIAL FUTURE PROJECTS
3. COORDINATE COMPANY ACTIVITIES WITH GENERAL CONTRACTOR/PROJECT OWNER:
4. BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH VENDORS/CUSTOMERS:
5. COORDINATE WITH FINANCE/ACCOUNTING:
6. MANAGE INFORMATIONAL FLOW:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Ten Years of Experience Supervising Electrical Construction Projects in excess of $2,000,000.00
Must be experienced in Bidding Large, Complex Electrical Construction Projects
Excellent Communication Skills
Experienced Leadership
Must possess understanding of Basic Construction Financing Principles
Journeymen or State Electrical License a plus
OSHA 30 Certification

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
