Job Description:
Citrus Window Cleaning is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales for our premier window washing services through door-to-door sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners and businesses within designated territories.
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients through prospecting and networking.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of Citrus Window Cleaning services and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, appointments, and sales outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the home services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.

Compensation:
- This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential.
- Commission rates range from $70,000 to $120,000 annually, based on performance and sales achievements.
