Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) is recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing/Staff Development Coordinator to care for our residents atCommunity Springs Healthcare Facility.

The skilled nursing facility is an 105-bed facility located in El Dorado Springs, MO.

Job Summary: maintains and assures that the following functions are performed as to promote quality nursing care; operation/policies and procedures, quality improvement, supervision of staff, education, orientation, coordination, documentation, professional behavior, sets an example to other employees by professional attitude and behavior, behaves in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH and performs other duties as requested.

This position could be filled by an RN or LPN.

The position is full time, days.
