Description of department: The nursing team at Colonial Springs Healthcare Center strive to SERVE in the care we provide to residents, families and each other. Each NA/CNA on duty will have the support of management, LPNs, RNs, and RMTs to care for residents of Colonial Springs. We have a 134 bed facility with two memory care units and love to stay busy We would love for you to join our team You have the option of full-time, part-time or PRN and will work closely with the Director of Nursing on your schedule to determine a best fit for you and the team.
A typical day will include Knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents; maintains a safe, clean long term care environment; actively and consistently contributes to the operations and communications; behaves in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of CMH and performs other duties as requested.
The position is Full Time Days.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or higher (Preferred)
Experience: None needed... as we provide on the job training
Skills: Good Communication Skills, Patience, Attention to detail, Flexibility, Intrapersonal SKills
Licensure/Certification: Certified Nurse Assistant Certification—if not, then we help you obtain your CNA and provide on the job training. CPR Certification (we also provide this if needed).
