WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO

Customer Communication and Assistance:

• Provide clerical assistance and communicate with Independent Consultants (IC) via telephone, mail, fax, and e-mail.

Processing and Documentation: 

• Process various requests from policy owners, associates, and other departments.
• Research and respond to IC questions and problems related to Third-party payments.
• Ensure accurate documentation of casework.

Case Management: 

• Audit assigned cases.

Department Collaboration:

• Cross-train with other areas of the department.

Task Management: 

• Prioritize work and manage multiple tasks and assignments.

Additional Duties:

• Perform other related duties/projects as required and assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

• A high school diploma, GED, or associate degree.
• Proficient in the Mandarin, native speakers preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• At least one year of clerical experience.
• Bilingual (English /Mandarin)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer Service experience.
• Insurance Industry experience.
