Citi is seeking a Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Data & Analytics Group Manager with extensive knowledge and experience in CRA. The CRA Data & Analytics Group Manager is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals.

The CRA Data & Analytics Group Manager will be the technical expert and known internally and externally as a reliable, knowledgeable resource for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) reporting requirements. Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day Regulatory change activities related to new CRA changes.

Develops and oversees the CRA reporting of scorecards for overall CRA Lending, Investment and Service tests and provides oversight and review of the various line of business scorecards. Possesses a clear understanding of the firm's different businesses and CRA regulatory environment.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication may be necessary. Accountable for the end results related to implementation of new CRA changes. Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full & matrix management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people and planning, to include performance evaluation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations.

**Responsibilities:**

Project design and project management, coordinating on behalf of the CRA Regulatory Group with internal stakeholders, including business officers, legal, compliance, and risk.

Exercise both thought leadership and initiative in developing and leading the banks efforts to implement changes to the CRA program in response to Citis evolving business model and regulatory requirements.

Provide ongoing support to the development and implementation of CRA scorecards including Lending, Investment and Service.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of how areas of CRA analysis collectively integrate to contribute to achieving the Banks overall CRA performance goals.

Oversight of CRA Data including KRIs to monitor CRA assessment.

Assist in collaboration with First Line CRA partners in tracking CRA goals and initiatives to address gaps. Review monthly reports for Mortgage scorecard, Small Business scorecard, Branch distribution scorecard, Service activity including volunteer hours, Community Development Investment activities, and Community Development Loans.

Provide review and summary for Branch service activity including usage rates of alternative delivery systems to management.

Create management reporting to various CRA committee meetings. Effectively challenge the qualification for Community Development Loans (CDLs), CRA Investment activities and Community Development Service activities.

Develop, maintain, and document methodology and adaptation to support CRA program.

Responsibility for ad-hoc reporting requests for data analytics. Ability to create complex reports requiring multiple parameters, summarizing data with crosstabs, using sections underlay for groups, and related report functions.

Stay abreast of CRA related regulatory changes and assist in implementation of requirements for the relevant line of business.

**Qualifications:**

Excellent communication and project management skills and ability to work on teams and with others

Minimum 10 years experience in data reporting and database management, preferably in CRA or Compliance function.

Experience in a cross- functional environment working with various consumer products and constructing and explaining CRA requirements is essential.

Knowledge of CRA reporting software and designing reports in database such as Tableau.

Proficient with Microsoft office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Strong attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong time management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

Ability to present a professional image.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to multi-task and to be flexible.

Prior management experience and evidence of leadership is a plus.

Understanding of Compliance risk framework.

**Education:**

Bachelors degree in quantitative analytics, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related area, Masters preferred.

$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
