Global Billing Services (GBS) is a full-service revenue management platform that supports pricing, invoicing, collections, billing adjustments and accounting of Citi’s cash management and trade services revenue. GBS product roadmap revolves around delivering best-in-class billing experience for our corporate, public sector and FI clients and achieving revenue management excellence for the franchise, as two equally important strategic priorities. The revenue management product manager role will focus on improving collections, develop viable approach and solutions to track and close aging receivables, detect and onboard unbilled accounts and institute controls to stop revenue leakages and minimize client refunds, and write-offs
Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Technology, Operations and Coverage teams to drive timely, cost effective and high-quality Delivery of strategically aligned product solutions
• Partner with Finance to evaluate investments in product development, and monitor and control billing/revenue, expenditure, and benefits realization
• Acquisition and analysis of pricing, billing and collections data,
• Detection and sizing of revenue leakages from all source causes
• Work closely with global and regional partners analyze aging receivables and improve collections
• Invest time to keep track of Competition, market Trends, new Technologies
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in electronic banking channels with good knowledge of corporate banking practices in the cash management space; Exposure to and understanding of business analysis, data and system analysis
• Demonstrated ability to self-direct work efforts, meet deadlines, take initiative, and produce consistent high-quality work; Willingness to be a direct contributor and ability to multi-task
• Strong presentation skills, including storytelling with data, cost-benefit tradeoffs, and persuasive communication to stakeholders as well as crisp progress-reporting to senior leadership

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

• Author product requirements, validate and signoff product releases; contribute to the development of review material for internal leadership reviews; collateral development in partnership with Marketing

• Identify vectors of revenue leakage and partner with cross functional teams to define and implement solutions to mitigate

• Take ownership of Product requirements to enable migration of accounts from Systematics / AAN to Global Billing System (GBS)

• Ability to create business analysis, troubleshoot data quality issues, and conduct exploratory and descriptive analysis of business datasets

• Ability to structure and break down problems, develop solutions, and to drive to results; process management knowledge and attention to detail
