In this pivotal role, you will be reporting directly to the Outshift Demand Gen Sr Marketing Manager and become a core member of a rapidly expanding team that's dedicated to driving success through paid search and social marketing efforts. As an integral part of our team, you will leverage your expertise to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns that propel our brand forward in the competitive B2B Enterprise and SaaS landscapes. Your strategic insights and hands-on approach will be essential in shaping the trajectory of our paid digital marketing initiatives. If you're passionate about SEM and social media, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we would like to invite you to explore this opportunity with us.What Youll DoPlan, develop, and implement PPC Search, Social, and Video programs that nurture leads through each stage of the buyer's journey, from awareness to conversion, leveraging personalized content and targeted messagingManage end-to-end execution of paid search and social campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Linkedin promotionsManage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize performanceWork closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, graphic designers, campaign marketing, product marketing, and events, to develop content, campaigns, and initiatives that resonate with our target audienceManaging media agency relationships, brainstorming with the agency, overseeing the execution of SEM campaigns, optimizing keywords, bids, and creative, and ensuring program goals are metCollaborate with Marketing Operations, Website, and Data teams to develop and optimize landing pages, implement conversion tracking, and establish performance reportingProficient with GA4 and Google Tag Manager for advanced campaign insights and analytics.Who You AreExperience in overseeing paid search and paid social campaigns within the B2B Enterprise sector, handling substantial monthly budgets greater than $500,000Required: 5 years hands-on experience with managing and optimizing end-to-end campaigns within Google AdWords and LinkedIn advertising platforms, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of campaign development, execution, and performance analysis.Minimum RequirementsBachelors Degree requiredRequired: 5 years hands-on experience with managing and optimizing end-to-end campaigns within Google AdWords and LinkedIn advertising platforms, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of campaign development, execution, and performance analysis, preferably in the B2B Enterprise sectorHands-on experience with SEM tools like Google AdWords and social media advertising platforms, particularly LinkedIn.Why Cisco?#WeAreCisco.
