Your Role:

We are seeking a passionate Part-Time, Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our San Jose / Cupertino campus. As a social media marketing specialist, your responsibilities include:

• Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs of Silicon Valley parents regarding their children's academic progression and math learning.
• Regularly create and share content that resonates with our target audience, aimed at increasing our follower base and expanding our external community.
• Engage with our audience to foster a strong community presence, encouraging more users to join our private domain pool.
• Utilize analytics tools to track performance, gain insights, and adjust strategies to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operating Facebook and XiaoHongShu (Little Red Book) channels, preferably in the education sector or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the educational landscape in Silicon Valley, particularly in relation to academic advancement and math learning.
• Excellent content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce engaging and informative content.
• Ability to analyze data and insights to inform content strategy and community engagement tactics.
• Self-motivated with a passion for education and a commitment to contributing to the growth and success of Think Academy.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred
