We are currently seeking to hire a Customer Service Administrator to assist our Service and Sales Departments. Efficiency with computers and typing skills are a must. Sales or Service Administrative experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephones
- General office duties
- Customer Service
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Assist the Sales and Service Departments
- Assist with Service Plans
- Creating quotes for Service Plans
- Parts and consumables research
- Invoicing
- Must be efficient with computers and typing
