POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Service Administrator is the first point of contact at the facility, representing Statewide, with a high level of professionalism and knowledge of Statewide products and services. The ideal candidate for this role will display exceptional customer service and communication skills when answering calls, replying to email inquiries, educating customers on promotions or sales, and supporting the administrative needs of the facility.
