What is this role? 

Cirkul is seeking a Video Producer to join our Content Strategy team. In this role, you will manage the production of videos by planning shoots, organizing schedules, hiring talent, and setting budgets. The video producer is in charge of all tasks associated with video production and ensures that video projects are up to standard and completed on time and within the production budget.

What does an average day look like?

Driving Results: Oversee video and photo projects, ensuring they meet creative, budgetary, and scheduling requirements.
Taking Ownership: Take ownership of content production from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and align with Cirkul’s brand standards.
Making Decisions: Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors, talent, production companies, photographers, and videographers to deliver compelling content.
Cultivating Relationships: Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy and campaign objectives
Instilling Trust: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate creative concepts and production plans to stakeholders.
Customer Focus: Create and maintain the voice of Cirkul, ensuring consistency of messaging for paid ads on all platforms with a high level of attention to detail. 

What background should you have? 

• 3 years of experience specializing in video and photo production with a proven track record of managing and producing high-quality visual content from concept to completion.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or related field is a plus
• Experience with Project Management a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Background in working with brands or advertising agencies to produce visually engaging ads and marketing materials.
• Familiarity with the latest video and photo production technologies and equipment, as well as post-production processes.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment
• Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
• Must be able to showcase a portfolio of successful video and photo projects that highlight creative and production expertise.
