Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in property management tasks such as rent collection, maintenance coordination, and ensuring property compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Support property leasing efforts by conducting tours, processing applications, and executing lease agreements.
- Utilize knowledge of LIHTC, ResMan, and other relevant software to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Handle legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law, including lease enforcement and eviction processes.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Manage conflicts effectively and maintain positive relationships with residents and vendors.
- Utilize ResMan and other tools for efficient property management operations.
- Assist in negotiation of contracts and oversee property maintenance projects.
- Utilize strong administrative skills for tasks such as data entry, filing, and CMMS management.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and provide administrative support as needed.
