**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and a passion for providing exceptional service to residents.

**Duties:**

- Manage all aspects of residential property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations

- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements

- Oversee rent collection and financial reporting

- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs

- Handle resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Conduct property inspections and ensure units are move-in ready

- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property upkeep

**Skills:**

- Experience in property management and sales

- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations

- Strong legal administrative skills

- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping

- Ability to manage conflicts effectively

- Strong administrative skills for contract management

- Knowledge of facilities management practices
