Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate table in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders
- Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and kitchen staff
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems
- Previous experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or similar food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or containers as needed
