At the core of the company is compassion and appreciation for our members and co-workersWork within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to receive, create, monitor, and complete Work Orders for self-performing duties and outsourced contractor services.Timely completion of all assigned tasksAssist in performing reactive repairs and preventative maintenance of fitness and facilities equipmentAbility to work both in a stationary maintenance environment and a service team environmentCommunicate with the facilities team and operations personnel daily to manage and balance both our customer-facing systems and the infrastructure that is as equally important but not as obviousAssist in reviewing and approving work completed by contractorsPerform routine inspections of the properties (rounds) and complete documentationUse and understanding of BMS / EMS control systems a plusAdministrativeRoutine maintenance meetingsAssist in reviewing of contractor pricingUpdating service requests regularly through CMMSReview of property operations via a Building Management SystemManage inventory of equipment, parts, and suppliesClock in and out accuratelyQualificationsIdeally you will have:High school graduate or GED (minimum)4 years of experience in an MEP trade or extensive knowledge of fitness equipmentTechnical school graduate or attendee a plusWorking knowledge of commercial HVAC, Electrical, Lighting, and Plumbing systems is a plus but not requiredExcellent organizational, multi-tasking, analytical problem-solving, and communication skillsDemonstrated success in priority management and agility in responding to shifting prioritiesGeneral understanding of computers, including emailAbility to work both in a stationary maintenance environment and a service team environmentPrior experience in training others is a plusDaily reliable transportation with the ability to travel between properties if needed with little or no prior noticePhysical Requirements:Able to read, write and speak clearlyDaily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time, and moving for prolonged periods of timeRegularly exposed to moving mechanical partsFrequently moving fitness equipment weighing a minimum of 50 poundsRegularly exposed to pool chemicals, cleaning supplies, and grease/oil from cardiovascular equipment Use of a ladder and roof access Ability to work in a face paced and loud environmentAdditional InformationChuze Fitness is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
