JOB DESCRIPTION:

The DMV CLERK will be responsible for examining motor carrier permits, registrations, insurance and tax certificates, vehicle identification numbers, verifications, and titles.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• New Vehicle DMV Processing
• Verifying accuracy of title documents
• Process transfers of ownership paperwork within DMV regulations
• Process refund checks
• Interact with customers in resolving any titling issues
• Maintain DMV bundle reconciliations
• Process and complete sale and title work for auction/wholesale sales as backup
• Working Accounting Schedules

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1-year experience required
• Knowledge of DMV Desk an asset but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
