- Respond to online and incoming sales opportunities.
- Generate showroom traffic via lead management.
- Assist customers with in-vehicle information and research.
- Consistently follow up with customers daily via phone, text, and email.
#### **Requirements:**
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships (a true "people person").
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Experience working with technology. Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software, and internet proficiency.
