Here at Chubb Fire & Security we have an opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our Business Support Team at our Head office in Blackburn (BB1 2PR) on a full time, permanent basis.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll be Doing As An Operations Administrator As an Operations Administrator you will support our wider Operations and Leadership teams with a variety of tasks. From arranging meeting facilities and making travel arrangements, to the creation of engaging internal newsletters and preparation of PowerPoint presentations.Providing administrative support to the sales and training functions, including creation and maintenance of employee training records Arrangement of training courses and applications for required Health & Safety certifications/accreditationBooking event locations and accommodation for attendeesCollating information and creating informative and engaging presentations via PowerPointCreating engaging Newsletters & Bulletins using MS SwayRecording of timesheets/overtime, expenses and mileageMaking travel arrangements in the UK and overseasArrange equipment, uniform/PPE for new startersThis is a varied role where no two days are the same.QualificationsWhat We Would Like You To BringYou’ll be an excellent administrator with a flexible approach. Coupled with a strong, demonstrable creative flair with experience of using Microsoft platforms:Effective Communicator - With an ability to build rapport with your colleaguesCreative – You’ll have an opportunity to create Newsletters, Bulletins and Slide-Decks for our leadership teamPrioritise Workloads – You’ll work with a number of stakeholders at any one timeHighly Organised – You’ll have day to day tasks to organise and process, alongside other urgent ad hoc requestsDetail Orientated - You'll be creating and maintaining recordsAdvanced IT literacy - Microsoft Office 365, Excel & Power Point.
