Chubb External is Hiring a Data Transformation Lead Near Jersey, NJ
- Lead in the implementation of Agile delivery principles and practices within our global data organization and help on the dissemination of the methodology across technical and business teams
- Provide financial/resource/strategic portfolio management support at the organizational level, partnering closely with our data leadership team
- Manage/oversee the execution and delivery of our Document Ingestion data portfolio in alignment with the strategic roadmap and objectives
- Ensure the delivery teams are implementing Quarterly Planning, Iteration Planning, Backlog Refinement, Stand-ups, Demos, and Retrospectives in alignment with enterprise agile standards
- Mitigate risks, issues, and impediments across the portfolio to help the teams be successful
- Ensure delivery standards, process efficiency, and continuous improvement processes are being implemented consistently across the organization
- Leverage metrics, reporting, analytics, and tooling (Jira) to optimize team delivery and organizational efficiency
- Build and support a culture that promotes transparency, inspection, and adaptation
- Embrace, champion, and adapt to change and transformation in alignment with business goals and the overall strategic direction
- Populate scorecards and status reports as needed to provide timely and accurate progress on data initiatives
- Oversee/govern both internal and external spend to ensure alignment with the budget
- Clearly and effectively communicate at all levels of management and across multiple stakeholders
