Hiring Store Managers! Minimum Starting Salary $40,000 Annually

Job Summary: The Store Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Qik n’ EZ convenience store. As a professional who is accountable for store profits, labor, inventory and expenses, you will work with your team to increase and maximize profitability. You will also be responsible for creating an outstanding internal and external customer experience.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Ensure the highest level of customer service
• Responsible for hiring, training managing and retaining customer friendly team members
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or inquiries
• Manage shifts with prioritization based upon store needs and tasks
• Ensure conditions across the store exceed company standards
• Manage inventory and implement inventory and marketing plans
• Analyze store trends and financial data in order to maximize sales and profitability
• Evaluate results and trends from audits, implementing policies and procedures to amplify sales and use data to minimize inventory losses and write-offs
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

· Work various shifts including holidays and on call (as needed)

· Resolve customer service related issues and lead by example

· Has a full understanding of receiving and auditing

· Understanding of the inventory system and how to interpret sales data

· Work with vendors

· Complete required daily paperwork and troubleshoot any errors

· Knowledgeable in creating and maintaining store schedules

Basic Qualifications:

• Management experience in retail, food or fuel
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Natural leader, effective motivator and communicator
• High School Diploma or GED

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be flexible with hours
• Must be flexible with location
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test
