Chroma - Salisbury looking for someone with attention to detail in a fast paced environment to assist in our production department. Individual must also be willing to provide support to other areas within the plant.

$1500.00 sign on bonus offered ($500.00 payable at 90 days and remainder payable to 6 months)

Core Duties:

Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process

Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities

Notifies scheduler if there are material shortages or other problems that may effect on time delivery

Makes or checks identification labels and stencils for material being produced and verifies that containers are properly identified

Confers with general supervisor or plant business manager and /or laboratory personnel as need to resolve problems

Increase motivation and work efficiency by implementing reward systems

Develop cost-effective measurements to achieve exceptional business practives

Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands

Maintain current knowledge on the market and industry trends

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills internally and externally

Attention to detail

Good follow up skills

Time management skills

Working knowledge of computers, and typing skills

Organizational skills to maintain records

Ability to work with other departments

High school education, GED, and/or equivalent
