We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in office management and budgeting.
```Duties```
- Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, and answering phones
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform office bookkeeping for income and expenses, including tracking invoices and processing payments
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Maintain confidential employee records and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with special projects or events as needed

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in Bookkeeping and in office management or similar role
- Strong administrative skills, including file management and record keeping
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of law office management practices is preferred
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
