Front Office Receptionist
We have an immediate opening for an experienced front office receptionist in a small, growing local public CPA firm in Flagstaff. Applicant must possess a high level of professionalism and effective decision-making abilities. The position is permanent, full-time.
Minimum Requirements
Must be reliable and willing to work full time week day business hours, with some overtime expected during busy seasons.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be able to work independently and multi-task
Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills
Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Ability to work a multi-line telephone system
General computer hardware/software knowledge preferred
Technology Savvy - Experience with QuickBooks, Excel and other Cloud-based applications helpful

Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and make sure they are comfortable (offer water, coffee or tea if necessary)
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Create office supplies list and keep inventory of stock
Update office calendars and schedule meetings
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Printing and compiling tax documents during tax season
Hand out and process employee applications
Prepare correspondence and documents
Our work environment is friendly and comfortable, yet very professional. You will have a heavy spring-time work schedule during tax season.
