Qualifications:
Customer Service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Ability to present information concisely, both verbally and in writing
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage workflow.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Proficient writing/composition skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English. Thorough knowledge and skill in typing and word processing.
