Position: Medical Assistant (MA)
Location: Norwood Office
Schedule: 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday, No Weekends and No Holidays

Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Receptionist you will be instrumental in shaping the patient experience and are essential to maintaining our commitment to delivering a high level of care. Your responsibilities include:
  • Assist patient with check in process, which includes distribution of required forms
  • Verify insurance coverage and referral information and collect copays as necessary
  • Accurately enter patient demographics and insurance information into EMR system
  • Have ability to float between different departments and locations within Riverhills
  • Other duties as assigned
Background and Experience
  • 1 -2 years front office medical experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • EMR experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Superior verbal and written skills are a must
