Job Summary
The Chris Auffenberg Chrysler of Herrin is looking to hire a Finance Manager for a full-time, salary position in their auto dealership. This individual will be responsible for providing and managing customer financing and working closely with customers and sales staff.
Compensation & Benefits
The Finance Manager will receive a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. This package includes medical, dental, & vision insurance, paid vacation, and 401K plan.
Responsibilities
• Develop relationships with customers to understand and anticipate their financing needs.
• Assist the sales staff in the financing process for both new and used vehicle sales.
• Negotiate financing terms with lenders, manufacturers and service contracts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate completion of all financing paperwork as well as accurate retention of information in the dealership’s database.
• Ensure that all finance transactions are reported correctly to the proper government entities.
• Stay updated on current trend, market changes and dealer programs.
Requirements
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of Illinois.
• At least 3 years of experience working in the automotive finance industry preferred.
• Prior experience using dealership specific loan and warranty programs.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
