Residential General Contractor located in the central corridor is seeking a full-time, experienced data entry/office assistant for a fast paced office.

The position requires the candidate to have at least two continuous years of office experience, a strong work ethic, and must be self-motivated and detail oriented. Candidate must have excellent communications skills, the ability to problem solve, multi-task, and interact well in a professional setting. Fluency with Microsoft Office is required. Experience with Computer Ease is a plus!

Duties include but are not limited to: Answer phones, process mail, data entry of accounts payable invoices/receipts, process and enter time cards, review subcontractor/supplier monthly statements, maintain job binders, maintain subcontractor & vendor files, and assist in general office duties.

Compensation is commensurate with the skill level and experience of the individual. Benefits include: Medical Insurance, 401k Plan, FSA, and PTO.
