*Chorus SmartSecure is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, customer-focused individual to join our growing team. The Field Professional will install audio, video, access control, structured wiring, and/or SmartHome and security products in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This opportunity includes working in different locations including new construction and occupied residential homes.
Previous experience in similar fields is preferred. Experience with automation platform Alarm.com or equivalent highly desired. Key characteristics for this role include being detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, friendliness, willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. Knowledge to understand blueprints and measurements is necessary. Team members' attire includes a clean-cut and professional appearance. Additional requirements include having a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, meeting company drug screen requirements, and the ability to speak English.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS and DUTIES
*REQUIRED PHYSICAL and MENTAL DEMANDS
*This position daily involves stooping, standing, crawling, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects. This role requires mental alertness and situational awareness. Includes daily working with coworkers and customers to solve problems. Requires use of telephone and other technology associated with the position. This role also requires possessing physical ability and stamina to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Corrected vision and hearing to the normal range
are required. Clear communication (both speaking and listening) and working well under pressure of deadlines are essential to this role.
