Long time established Oregon City independent Insurance agency is seeking additional help for the office. Pay is based on experience and training needs. I have been blessed by my employees over the years. We have a Full time employee leaving and need to fill the position. We can train (will pay for licensing if needed) however licensed insurance experience would be preferred. Almost everyone in the office started without experience, but has great customer service skills. We are looking for someone that likes to help people with a smile. Capable with a computer and has attention to detail. Need to be organized and the ability to multi task. You need to have compassion for people and the ability to listen. There is advancement potential. If you are looking for a business that prefers ethics over profit, with longevity in a very competitive industry we hope you will contact us. Living in or near the community of Oregon City is a plus.
