Our organization is looking for a detail oriented and sales-minded individual to fill the role of Corporate Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years’ experience meeting sales goals within a retail or call center environment. Must have excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple computer screens. Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat. This person will work on-site at our corporate office located in The Hill area of St. Louis.

You bring enthusiasm, customer service, and sales experience and we will teach you everything that you will need to know about the delicious world of chocolate!

Responsibilities:

• Source new customers through cold calling campaigns & prospecting
• Gather pertinent information and make decisions that are consistent with company guidelines
• Maintain contact information database for all customers (Netsuite & Shopify experience a Plus)
• Write professional emails to customers in response to various concerns
• Be outgoing and friendly with the ability to think outside the box
• Handle customer service escalation calls/emails
• Be detail oriented
• Be a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
