Job Summary:

Chloeta is looking for a highly motivated Onsite Project Manager for the National Transportation Safety Board.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Represent Chloeta as onsite Project Manager for staffing the NTSB's Response Operations Center
• Assist with onsite staffing schedules
• Supervise onsite Chloeta personnel
• Resolve any onsite issues
• Liaison with Chloeta Project Team in OKC

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Self-motivated and expected to independently complete projects and assignments with little or no supervision

• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with corporate guidance

• Ensuring test results are properly documented and issues are appropriately resolved

Education and Experience:

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree

• Required: Minimum of four years of experience in managing a call center and dispatching facility of similar scope, magnitude, and complexity to the NTSB Response Operations Center.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Emergency Response

Every Chloeta employee has regular and recurring emergency management responsibilities, though not every position requires routine deployment to disaster sites. All positions are subject to recall around the clock for emergency management operations, which may require irregular work hours, work at locations other than the official Duty Station, and may include duties other than those specified in the employee's official Position Description (PD). Travel requirements in support of emergency operations may be extensive in nature (weeks to months), with little advance notice, and may require employees to relocate to emergency sites with physically austere and operationally challenging conditions.
