The Chivery team is growing and seeking a Customer Experience Representative for our E-commerce business! Our Customer Experience Representatives are passionate and self-motivated individuals who strive to ensure that our customers are treated like the most important people in the world! We want someone who will go the extra mile in all things with a can-do attitude.
You will be responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.
**This position is based at our Headquarters in Austin, Tx -- Not Remote
**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
* Outgoing personality who enjoys working in an open, team-driven environment
* Experience with multiple CS channels including email and live chat
* Ability to communicate with difficult customers with tact, empathy, and politeness
* Willingness to take on projects that go beyond the call of duty
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and have a go with the flow attitude
* Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, and/or NetSuite is a plus!
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an E-commerce / Media setting
* Be a customer advocate (internal and external) by assisting with operational improvements that to improve the shopping experience
* Manage multiple software applications and technology platforms to provide front line support to customers as well as support offline projects
* Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
