The Customer Service Representative supports the agency in the service of new and renewal business and will handle accounts in keeping with agency and individual goals. Customer Service Representative provides support for sales duties and builds relationships with coworkers through customer support. Carries a professional demeanor while conducting business with clients, coworkers and companies represented.

Customer Service Representative will maintain a high level of service and satisfaction, and achieving retention goals through proactive and extraordinary client service.
