**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function efficiently.

**Duties:**

- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

- Maintain project-related accounts, including setup, change orders, monthly billing, lien waivers, and other applicable oversight

- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data

- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits

- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

**Requirements:**

- Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or a similar role

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
