Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Sales Representative to focus on the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, and restaurants. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth hospitality industry knowledge and a successful sales track record, enabling them to effectively tailor and sell our solutions to meet the specific needs of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the hospitality sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a focus on hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
• Conduct consultation meetings and negotiations with potential clients to showcase our tailored solutions.
• Understand and address the unique pest control needs of both lodging and dining establishments.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide insights to management regarding customer needs, industry trends, and potential for new products and services.

Qualifications:

• Experience within the hospitality industry, with a focus on either hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales results.
• Knowledge of the pest control industry is advantageous but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
