Where You’ll Work

This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a customer relations expert by building strong relationships with member hospitals, ensuring maximum use of data programs.
• Provide technical support to members, including user access, understanding data content, running ad hoc reports, and resolving support requests.
• Deliver and maintain training for each data program, including live and recorded trainings (both in-person and virtual offerings).
• Create and deliver successful onboarding of new children’s hospitals from a training and support perspective, including communicating training opportunities and onboarding new children’s hospital individual users.

What You’ll Bring to CHA

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care technology, related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing technical software training and support to end users required.
• Healthcare data experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and with a customer service focus, both written and verbal.
