Currently, we are searching for a Desktop / Help Desk Support Analyst to join our team ON SITE in Overland Park, KS.

Job Responsibilities:

• The right candidate will have excellent client service skills with focus on problem solving technical issues for end users and will work to resolve issues both at the hands-on desktop level as well as provide remote support where needed.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Proficient with PC Hardware, mobile phones and tablets.
• Proficient with Windows client operating systems.
• Systems Management and Help Desk applications experience.
• Experience with Office 2003, 2007 and 2010.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience providing in person and remote support.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
