We are problem solvers helping children's hospitals use collaborative employee benefits and other workforce solutions to provide strategic and operational value. An exciting opportunity to have a long-term impact includes the work of the Child Health Patient Safety Organization (PSO), a component organization of the Children's Hospital Association. • Present meaningful and actionable improvement opportunities to internal and external audiences of the Child Health Patient Safety Organization
  • Preserve privilege and confidentiality of patient safety work product (PSWP) and promote this understanding with others as appropriate
  • Collaborate with the Patient Safety Team (PST) and other safety leaders for expertise on theme detection, deliverable development, and program support
  • Consult individually with PSO members for opportunities to improve data and documents submitted that impact analyses
  • Research internal and external resources for special PSO safety projects as assigned, including surveys, interviews, analysis, synthesis of findings, and calls to action
  • Support planning of annual PSO member meeting, including session development and meeting facilitation
  • Oversee the development of the Safe Table webinar series and support audience-specific presentations, papers, and posters that share PSO findings and learning opportunities in collaboration with the patient safety team.
  • Design reports, analyze, interpret, and explain data to PST meetings and other member presentations.
  • Travel occasionally for business
Required Experience:
