Children's Hospital Association is Hiring a Remote Administrative Coordinator - Analytics & Data Strategy

Job Description:

Where You’ll Work

This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.

What You’ll Do

The Analytics & Data Strategy Coordinator manages the administrative activities for the Analytics & Data Strategy division.

  • Coordinates administrative support for the division,
  • Prepares draft correspondence, documents, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Manages schedules, appointments, and coordinates travel arrangements.
  • Creates and administers electronic surveys.
  • Works with CHA’s Event Services team and provides input on the logistics of meetings and retreats such as selecting meeting locations, identifying key member contacts, developing meeting agendas, and coordinating the meeting registration process.
  • Coordinates administrative activities pertaining to external funds awarded to staff within the department including tracking agreements and the generation/collection of invoices.
  • Organizes the process for establishing CHA as a sub-recipient for federal grants.
  • Coordinates and documents compliance activities required in external funding agreements.
Required Experience:


What You’ll Bring to CHA

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience supporting a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; must be detail-oriented and thorough.
  • Experience with grant administration preferred.
  • Experienced in managing and supporting multiple projects at the same time and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, hospital personnel, and other external individuals.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with hospital members.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong personal computer skills including knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook applications.
  • Qualtrics experience preferred.
  • Electronic file organization skills including maintaining file structure for a large team.
