We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a full-time member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and handling live chats from our clients.

Your main goal will be to provide a positive and helpful experience for our clients, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails and live chats from clients
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency in customer interactions
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals and metrics
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience
• Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
• Must be able to work full-time, including some evenings and weekends if needed
• Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace to work remotely
