```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow
- Manage and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
```Experience```
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

We are in the process of adding new locations on Potranco Rd and De Zavala Rd in San Antonio, TX. Managers will have the opportunity to become the GM of the restaurant. This is a salaried position that starts at $55,000.
